So, this post does not have any pictures, but I couldn't help write about what I was feeling. This evening while Collin and I were hanging out we had a knock at our door. A little girl and her dad were selling bread because her dad does not have a job. I was so humbled by this girl wanting to help and this man doing whatever he needed to do to take care of his family. I am so grateful that Collin has a job and that we are being taken care of at this time. I have been really selfish in thinking we weren't making enough money all though we have enough to meet our needs. Heavenly Father definately knows ways to help us realize what we have been given and how blessed we truly are.
I hope everyone who reads this will take a look at your life and count your blessings. And keep this young family in their prayers while their dad struggles to find a job. Thank you for your friendship and love we are truly grateful for each and everyone of you.

sad times we are living in. i starting counting my blessings the minute i read your post. misses, misses!! thanks for being willing to jump in and help in primary on easter (tee hee), you are so sweet to still take orders from me! how are things going with your sisters wedding plans? hope things are going well in your ward.

You're not kidding. Sometimes we need those gentle reminders to tell us how lucky we are. Thanks for sharing, it makes me realize how lucky we are.
Thanks for that reminder...sometimes it is hard to really count our blessings when to us they seem few and far between! But there are plenty out there! :)
Thanks for a great reminder. At times, I have felt a little sorry for myself and this vagabond lifestyle we are living...not being able to choose where we live..constant deployments looming...but you know what? My husband does have a job, we have wonderful healthcare and a great military community. I am blessed.
