May has been a fun month. On the 2nd Collin and I celebrated our 7th anniversary. This is suppose to be the aluminum anniversary. What do you buy for that...well I improvised and bought him a metal colored shirt and shorts. On the 6th we kind of celebrated my dad's birthday, but not living in Idaho all he got was some fun phone calls from the kids and I. We all chipped in and bought my dad exercise stuff....not sure he wanted it but we had fun buying it for him. On the 9th was Collins 29th birthday. Well, since the 9th was Mothers Day I try to make a bigger deal about his birthday. So, friday morning we decided to head to Idaho completely last minute. As soon as Collin left for school I called his dad and attempted to set up a surprise dinner with Collin's family. This is not easy when you are driving in a car with someone for four hours and not letting on to what is happening. However, I was successful....YEAH!!! Russ, Devrie, Cooper, Keegan, Brody, Kelsey, Kent, Keith, Teresa, Brutch, Lerin, and Brian all showed up at the HARD HAT Steakhouse in Idaho Falls. Collin was so surprised he had no idea. We had a blast. After dinner we went to see Iron Man 2. We have made our usual trip to the aquarium to see the new penguin display. The kids loved it. Not bad for half the month. I have also been making some new watches and Collin has been helping me with giving me some challenges to attempt. On to the rest of the month.
